I was born in South Africa and moved to Australia with my family when I was 14 to escape the violence. I grew up listening to Metallica, Black Sabbath, Pantera, Slayer, etc., and was the bass player in a heavy metal band in high school, but in Australia I soon got into hip hop. I started off listening to Tupac and Ice Cube, but now I listen to pretty much only Aussie hip hop. I’ve surfed and bodyboarded since I was about 10 and I love the ocean. I love travelling overseas and in Australia, listening to and making Aussie hip hop, bodyboarding and I love a good drink. I have moved around a bit, but now I live on the Gold Coast and I love this country. I am on Maladjusted Records band wagon and don’t you forget it.
